WHAT HAPPENS IF USPS LOSES MY PACKAGE OR SOMEONE STEALS IT?
Once a package is showing in transit by USPS, we are no longer responsible. Refunds/Credits will not be issued to you for a package that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit or after delivered. We are not reliable for any damages that occur during shipping. We encourage your to purchase shipping with insurance to protect your purchase.  USPS will allow you to open a claim for your money back as long as your package is INSURED. Please select priority shipping at checkout to insure your package.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We ship Monday-Friday. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship. It may take up to 3-4 business days to ship if we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during holidays or major sales).
 
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SHIPPED REALLY FAST?
We offer priority and overnight shipping for an additional charge. Any order placed with additional shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days. We recommend contacting us first over DM or email to see if it possible to receive your order within your timeframe. 

WHAT CAN CAUSE A DELAY WITH MY ORDER?
1. Fraud Alert. If we receive a notification that your order has a high risk of fraud, we will contact you to verify you placed the order.
2. Orders that are over $500. We will contact you via email / phone to make sure you placed this order.
3. Large Sales / Promotions. During mass sales, we may experience an abnormal volume of orders which extends processing time.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PAID?
Yes! Once your order has been completed, you will instantly receive a confirmation email or text from us. Please make sure to enter a valid email address or phone number. If the email or phone number is entered incorrectly, you will not receive the confirmation email/text.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND/STORE CREDIT AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?
3-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes! You may cancel an order as long as it is not in process or has been shipped out. If your order is shipped before you request to cancel, you will have to wait for the package to be delivered and then follow the return process. If you choose to cancel an order that is a pre-order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock. We offer pre-orders for our best selling and most popular items to ensure everyone has a chance to grab one. The estimated time it will take to ship will always be noted in product description. *This shipping dates are ESTIMATES and can fluctuate!* If you choose to cancel an order you placed for a pre-ordered item, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. *IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A PREORDER ITEM, YOUR WHOLE ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS UNTIL THE PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE READY TO SHIP*

• RETURN POLICY•
We hope that you LOVE all of your items!
If you do not, you are welcome to send them back for a REFUND OR STORE CREDIT under the below circumstances. When shopping with us, you are agreeing to these terms. 
If your return does not meet the requirements when we receive the package, it will be returned to you without a credit. We have the right to refuse any returns at any time depending on the situation.

*IMPORTANT* Please be sure to return your item the same way you received it. Please do not ball up or stuff the items in a mailer when returning. Please make sure to return the item in its original clear protective bag. The package must be thoroughly taped /sealed. If we receive a poorly packaged return, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU!

 

  • The return must be postmarked (accepted by the carrier) within 30 calendar days after you have received your package to be eligible for a FULL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT (your choice). 

  • All items marked 30% off or more are FINAL SALE. CLEARANCE, DISCOUNT CODES EQUALLING 30% OFF +, BOGO’s, DEAL OF THE DAYS & FLASH SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
  • We DO NOT accept returns for: final sale items, discounted items 30% off +, jewelry, or head wear.
    Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box or original form. If your shoes come with a box, please return in a mailer or another box without any labels or tape on the shoebox.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached (if any). Must be free of make-up, pet hair, deodorant marks, perfumes/scents.
 
EXCHANGES:

It is not guaranteed that an item will be available by the time we receive your return. If you would like to "exchange" for a new item, we recommend placing a new order and sending back the original item you purchased for a REFUND. 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

If you happened to receive a defective item, we must be contacted via email or live chat within 72 hours after the order has been delivered. Images of the defect are required. In this case, we will issue a replacement. If you refuse your item being replaced, it will void out as a defective return and the customer will be responsible for return shipping. If damages occur during transit, a claim will need to be made directly with the shipping carrier. 

 
HOW TO RETURN: 

The customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. You may use any packaging of your choice as long as it’s sealed and durable. You may use the original packaging that it came in.

We suggest creating your label online rather than going in a branch for the best rates. Labels can be purchased  at GoShippo.com or USPS.com for the best rates. If you need any help with how to make a label / method / weight, please send us a DM or email: shopbrooklynsbtq@gmail.com

  • Please include your original packing slip in your return. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your name, email and  4 digit invoice / order number. 
  • You may send your package with any shipping carrier you desire. Please contact us for any suggestions on the most cost efficient method of shipping your particular package.
  • Once we have received your package, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive a notification via email once your return has been processed.
Additional shipping fees are non refundable & not eligible for store credit.
